The project is located in Hua Guoyuan, Guiyang. Concept to Detailed Design two signature towers for hotel and office use as well as a shopping mall. The GFA above ground is 340,000 sqm for the towers with the respective basement area of 120,000 sqm. Plus an 180,000 sqm retail podium floors with a basement of 80,000 sqm.
The 66 stories buildings are the highest the reinforced concrete structure can reach, with the parapet and the antenna reaching 345m and 406m respectively. Top zone of the West Tower is designed for a 5* Hotel. The Shiner Headquarter building is situated in Chengong District at the heart of the new city of Kunming. The north east elevation of the building is along Rainbow South Road and facing the Kunming City Hall, bridged together by a 20 hectares green park.
The brief asks for a creative design for a single 150m office tower integrated with LEED/China 3 Star green performance, the first in Kunming. The high zone of the building is to be the headquarter of Shiner.
