Phase 1 and Phase II: An invited urban competition for Alexanderplatz in the city of Berlin.

HuangJueShu Mixed-use project is located on the former town government headquarters in the town centre of Rongchang to provide retail, office and service apartment and residential. There are six preserved hundred year old Ficus virens right within the main entrance of the development. The shopping mall consists of a 25,000sqm department store, a supermarket at B2, a cinema and other related facilities. The gentle curve of locally renowned "Summer Fabric", linen and folded fan metaphorically generates two commercially viable schemes with extra added value.

The development consists of 2 Grade A Office Mega Towers (max height 280m), forming a ‘gateway’ of the financial district. 2 more Office blocks (max height 210m) sit on top of a 4-levels retail podium of about 122,000sqm
The four towers of Chengdu International Commerce Centre ascend skywards in a dynamic expression of the past, present and future aspirations, ideals and achievements of the city and its citizens. The towers architectural language reflects Chengdu’s cultural and natural heritage, whilst informing of it’s current and future success in business and cutting edge technology.

Located in Kepong district to the North of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the site enjoys view to KLCC to the South East, Kepong Metropolitan Lake to the North West and Genting Highland to the North East. The development comprises a shopping mall, 6 levels above ground car park, 1,400 units of service apartments, 720 units of affordable housings and 200 units of government apartments.
