Flourishing the idea of open, the MLP centres to the University site radiating out beyond kilometres horizontally, the architecture illuminating vertically defining the landmarks. The proposal advocate and efficient, creative, energetic, cultural and sustainable combining with ideas of Stone Forest and peacock.
